Apostasy:
Comes from the Greek Word: ἀποστασία (apostasia), a defection or revolt, from ἀπό, apo, "away, apart",στάσις, stasis, "stand", "standing") is the formal disaffiliation from or abandonment or renunciation of a religionby a person.
In Christianity this term means to be outside the norms of biblical teaching. In other words not to teaching what the bible teaches. Examples of Apostasy or Apostate teachings or groups would be.
