Complimentarianism
Complimentarianism is the theological position in Christianity that there are different roles between men and women in the areas of church leadership, marriage, etc. In it's basic form it holds to a the biblical hierarchical structure between men and women following Federal Headship. This position focuses on function and calling as revealed in the Bible, and does not assert that women are inferior in nature.
While Complimentarianism is the biblical view of Scripture regarding the role of women the more liberal view is called Egalitarianism. This position would negate the possibility of women being pastors, elders, bishops, or having leadership over men. Furthermore, it would assert that the husband is the head of the wife as well as the head of the family.
